  • Include: command used, expected vs. actual result, and timestamps.
  • Logs: link to the relevant moderation/economy log if available.
Repro steps beat screenshots. Short text + timestamps is perfect.

Incidents & status

  • Major outages are posted in #status on the support server with ETAs and postmortems.
  • Feature requests: use #feature-requests or DM the team for sensitive use cases.
